Q. What size book can I have - can it fill the monitor?
A. Books can be made to any size however we do recommend a maximum resolution(screen size) of 1024 x 768 as this is the most common setting.

Q. Can you use some existing video clips I already have to include in my ebrochure?
A. Yes. As we encode your videos for Flash(flv) we can use your original material, however depending on the quality and length of your video we may need to edit and resize the video to best suit the book.

Q. My existing paper brochure is not in .pdf file format - can you use the material I have?
A. Yes. If you have printed material or digital representations (.jpg) of your marketing material that you wish to use in the book then we can convert this in-house.

Q. I have a 3fold paper brochure - can you recreate it as a FlippinPages ebrochure?
A. Yes. However because the books are in a bi-fold format then we would need to create a traditional book.

Q. How do I update some of the pages in my existing ebrochure?
A. If it is a simple page replacement then you would simply send us the replacement material we would convert it then you would swap the page out. In some cases we may need to edit the book for the new page to function i.e if you wish to add video sound animation to the page.

Q. Can I add pages at a later stage?
A. Yes. However the book will also need to be edited so that menus, internal links etc... still function correctly.

Q. With the automatic service is PDF the only format I can upload.
A. Yes. The benefits of our system is that when the conversion takes place any text links are automatically recognised and a link is created. The quality of the page is not lost when the user zooms in.
